PASIGHAT April 21 :A strong windy storm swept through Pasighat township on April 19  afternoon up- rooting trees , damaging  electrical, 
telephone poles and some thatched houses . The District Administration has put the department of relief and rehabilitation to  assess the
extent of damages while awaiting  reports of the  peripheral areas. Meanwhile, East Siang Deputy Commissioner Marnya Ete is monitoring the
restoration of essential services.
