Changlang May, 8:- A twenty day induction level training for newly appointed Junior and Assistant teachers of Tirap and Changlang under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan got  under way  DIET on April 08. As many as 115 trainee teachers have been inducted for the training course , reports Jambey Tsering.

Speaking as chief guest in the inaugural function, SIE Principal  A Osik called upon the trainees to build up a sacrificial mind to achieve the basic motive of eradicating the illiteracy from the society. He termed the teachers as mechanics, who washes the brain of a student and groom them in the right perspective. He further sought for selfless and committed service to the society. While pointing out the changing era of information technology, he exhorted for inventing innovative teaching techniques beside a proper guidance to the students.

DDSE T Morang, asserted the newly appointed teachers to execute their services with full determination and dedication. While disclosing that the two districts were yet to gain the required education percentage, he urged upon the inducted teachers to work with missionary zeal, providing 110% service to the people. He further called the trainees to act as role model in reforming the society.
