Details :
Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (DHTE) has launched a web portal, namely http://www.apstipend.in on 9 October 2013 for filling online stipend forms by APST students. All the APST students studying within or outside the state in various Govt. or private/technical/professional colleges or universities in regular courses must apply through online through the given website for consideration for grant of stipend.
However, five Govt. colleges, namely Govt. College Daporijo, Govt. College Nyapin, Govt. College Seppa, Govt. College Yachuli and Wangcha Rajkumar Govt. College, Deomali are exempted from filling online forms in the view of communication and connectivity problems.
These five colleges will have to submit the application in offline mode (hard copy) in the newly designed offline forms (already supplied to the Colleges) within 10 November 2013, which shall only be considered for grant of stipend.
